Lodging
This is a house of village with the façade of stone. It has a capacity for 8 persons with the possibility to add until 6 beds. It’s totally rehabilitated. There is a swimming pool and garden.
It’s a small village immersed in the majestic place of the “Baronia de Rialb” beside the reservoir. The calmness of its more immediate environment (the villafe of Vilaplana don’t have more than 8 houses), converts it to in a place ideal for families with children, or groups of friends who likes to do excursions with bicycle and aquatic sports.
The house has 3 floors. Into the ground floor there is the living room with chimney, the kitchen and a bath.
Rising the stairs we arrive to the first floor where we find 3 rooms with double bed, of which one of them it’s a suite (bath incorporated) and the other two room shares another bath.
In the second floor we find a splendid room-suite with bath and rooms with bed-sofas that can so serve as amusement arcade or living room for 6 persons
•In the house there are sheets and towels, central heating, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and TV.
